Please allow 3- 7 business days for your order to be made, packed and shipped. Some handmade or custom items may take slightly longer during busy periods.

Orders are shipped using tracked delivery where possible. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and courier days.

 

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your order has been shipped, Scents & Sass is not responsible for delays caused by the courier. However, if your parcel goes missing, please contacts us and we'll do our best to help.

 

Incorrect Addresses

Please double check your shipping address before placing your orders. We cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided at checkout
