Most of our products are handmade, designed or packed by us with love, caffeine and questionable decisions.
How long does shipping take?
Please allow 3–7 business days for processing and dispatch. Handmade/custom items may take longer during busy periods.

Do you accept returns?
Due to the handmade nature of many items, returns are not always accepted unless an item arrives damaged or faulty. Please contact us if there’s an issue with your order.

Are your tumblers dishwasher safe?
To keep your tumbler looking cute and chaotic for as long as possible, we recommend gentle hand washing only.
